AEK Athens HC, who reached the Men's Challenge Cup Final in the previous season, will face an Israeli opponent AS SGS Ramhat Hashron in the Last 16 after the draw in the European Handball Federation's headquarters in Vienna determined all eight pairings of the next phase.
Markus Glaser, the EHF Chief Sports Officer, conducted the draw, which also pitted HC Neva Sankt Petersburg against MSK Povazska Bystrica from Slovakia or CSM Bucuresti against HC Dukla Praha.
The first leg of the Last 16 will be played on 9/10 February, while the second leg will follow one week later.
