Today marks 30 days to go until the 16 best teams in both men's and women's beach handball head to Porto Santo, Portugal for the EHF Beach Handball Champions Cup 2024, taking place from 10-13 October.

To start our countdown to the greatest show on sand, here are 10 teams - five from each competition - to look out for in this year's event, plus some of the standout names that we hope to see in action.
